What we need in order to quote
Five things: the date and duration, the languages to broadcast, the audience size (a rough figure is enough), whether you bring your own interpreters or need us to book them, and any constraint — public procurement, sensitive matter, a requirement that processing stays in France.

Traditional simultaneous interpretation is priced in two lines that have nothing to do with each other: the interpreters, and the equipment.
The interpreters
Professional rates per day or per half-day, plus travel where the event is. SIWEL changes nothing here: it is a human profession and it is paid as one. What changes is that your interpreter can work from their own booth instead of travelling to your venue.
The equipment — this is the line SIWEL removes
Booth hire, transmitter, receivers per attendee, headsets, an on-site technician, a deposit and often delivery. Attendees listen on the phone in their pocket instead, so this quote does not exist any more.
Before you sign up
Interpreters are never included
Neither in the flat fee nor in a subscription. You bring your own, or you book one through us and we quote for it. Anyone pricing the platform and the humans as one number is pricing one of them wrong.
AI is an option and stays off
An account never broadcasts machine interpretation unless you asked for that option and switched it on. This is a deliberate default, not an oversight.
Public tenders and framework agreements
Invoicing under a public contract, a purchase order or a framework agreement is possible. Tell us the format your finance team needs.
